Download the free Cobra iRadar app from the Android Market — the detector links to the app using your phone's Bluetooth® wireless connectivity. Once connected, the app will let you view radar/laser alerts and functions on your Android phone's display, including signal strength, settings adjustment, alert history, and warnings for upcoming speed and red-light cameras.

The iRadar detector also acts as a powerful road companion without the app — it offers 360-degree protection against all radar and laser bands, providing audio alerts as you drive. The audio signals will come in loud and clear through the iRadar's built-in speaker, and you'll hear escalating alerts as you approach the source of the signal. You can adjust the detector's sensitivity for city or highway travel to reduce false alarms.

The iRadar app gives you the choice of Dashboard or Map view to best suit your driving style. It also gives you a heads-up for known enforcement areas and dangerous intersections, even if you don't have the detector turned on.
